1. What Problem Am I Trying to Solve?

The first thing you should ask yourself before starting a business is “What problem am I trying to solve?” Too often, entrepreneurs are enamored with the idea of starting a new venture, owning their own company, and reaping the financial rewards of having a successful business that they overlook what really matters. 2. Do I Have the Time?

I am sure you have the passion to do it, but do you have the time? I have always found the easy part is the idea; the challenge is finding the time to make that idea a successful company.
