Turn "impossible" into "possible!"

Inspiration is an inner drive that charges people to accomplish their objectives. It elicits goal-oriented actions from an individual. It can lead someone to voluntarily stay up nights and work to achieve a desire. It can lead someone to wake up at 5am and run 10 miles! They turn “impossible” into “I’m Possible”.

A true encourager understands human psychology. And has an uncanny ability to connect with the audience. There are few people who possess such a mix.

Tony Robbins is one of the most popular modern day inspirational speakers. Events hosted by him attract massive crowds of people, regardless of geography, status or race. Most people come to him as they want to break the shackles and move to another level of self achievement. He always says that it is the inherent capability of human spirit which intrigues him. There is no end to what can be achieved when that force is unleashed.

Robbins knows what determination means. There was a time in his life when he was extremely displeased with himself. He lived in a small, bare apartment in California and had a job he did not fit his personality. It also did not help that he was overweight! But like most of us, he knew he had abilities to do so much more. The key was to dig out the strength, the grit, the self-control and most importantly the belief to thrive.

According to Robbins, it is important for people to realize when they are in ‘No Man’s Land’, a place where he/she is longer growing as an individual. This state eventually leads to unhappiness. So rather than going through the motions, an individual needs to use the ‘power of choice’. Recognizing one’s dreams is the first stage of stimulus. Choosing to pursue them is the next.

Realization does not come easy though. One needs to accept that difficult situations can and will come up, it’s a necessary part of the process.

Make things happen!

“Nothing worthwhile comes easily. Work, continuous work and hard work, is the only way to accomplish results that last.” - Hamilton Holt

The objective to dealing with tough, stressful situations is to keep perspective. See the things as they are. Not any worse. Correct decisions can only come after this. Subsequently one needs the optimism and intelligence to imagine how things can be improved. Finally, the execution requires strength and discipline.

Every day you wake up and make choices, so take ownership. Any individual is at a particular position in life solely as a result of the decisions that he or she selected. The results which went poorly should not be attributed to fate but rather a wealth of information to be gained from them.  The results that went well should be celebrated.

“Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” - Thomas A. Edison

Taking ownership allows better setting of priorities in the future and more intelligent thinking. Anthony Robbins has used this message to counsel and inspire corporate bigwigs, successful sportspeople, entertainment celebrities and even US Presidents. His motivation skills successfully keep thousands of people at the peak of their enthusiasm for hours, driving them to reach their full potential. Make better resolutions today and see the change your life tomorrow.
