Life is a crazy journey that never seems to slow down. Every part of our day seems to be filled with endless To-Do Lists that continue to grow and it always feels like there is never enough time. Instead of focusing on one task at a time, we have become super multi-taskers because it doesn't seem efficient to just do one thing at a time. In the midst of all this craziness, we tend to forget to be mindful.

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. The benefits of Mindfulness include improving one's well being, mental health, and physical health. 

Practicing Mindfulness involves both concentration and acceptance. By focusing on the here and now and accepting their experiences, those who practice mindfullness are less likely to get caught up in the worries of the future and the regrets of the past.
